↗Three unit tests will be held in addition to the terminal Examination in October and the final Examination in March. Promotions will depend on the marks of the tests and examination and the performance in the class throughout the year.
↗Any possibility of giving a retest is obviously ruled out, as such a provision never exists.
↗Absence from one or more subjects involves loss of marks for the subjects and excludes the pupils from being reckoned in the order of merit of rank in examinations.
↗Any kind of mal-practice during examinations is punishable with with expulsion from the examinations, or if subsequently discover with the cancellation of the paper.
↗Results declared are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered, nor will the answer paper of final examinations be shown.
↗A pupil shall be eligible to appear in the final examination only if he / she has 75 % attendance.
↗A pupil failing in the same class for two consecutive years will not be allowed to continue his/her studies in the school.
↗The report card issued after every test, indicating the progress of the school, should be signed by the parents/guardians, and should be submitted to the class teacher.
↗Signatures found in the progress report should be identical with the specimen signatures found in the diary.
↗In all cases of promotion, the Principal’s decision is irrevocable.
